Our instructors gently introduce students to various poses in our yoga classes. We focus on moves that build strength, promote flexibility and teach balance. We emphasize having fun with movement, not perfecting the poses. The last ten minutes of the class are devoted to meditation, relaxation, and group discussion. Our students leave their yoga class rejuvenated and centered. The students quickly improve their mind-body connection thereby boosting their confidence and self-esteem.m.
