Our Zumba classes are inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and are performed to lively music. This high-energy class feels more like a dance party than a workout. We use medium to low-intensity dance moves to get the students’ heart rates up and to boost cardio endurance. Our classes focus more on getting our students dancing and moving rather than learning serious choreography. Our ultimate goal is to make our students feel comfortable about expressing themselves–and to have fun while doing it.
